About The Gopher Guy

The Gopher Guy, aka Ross Roberts, is a California Licensed Fur/Nuisance Trapper serving ONLY the Bay Area coastside from Pacifica to Half Moon Bay (see our contact page for referrals to other trappers). He specializes in ridding your property of small nuisance animals: gophers, moles, raccoons, skunks, coyotes and foxes.

A retired Foster City Police Lieutenant, Ross officially became The Gopher Guy in 2004. Being a trapper is in his blood—his grandfather made a career of it in San Mateo County for the Federal Fish and Wildlife Service in the 1950s and 60s, and Ross has helped his family and friends rid their properties of nuisance wildlife for over 30 years.
