This is the initial inspection and placement of traps for Gophers, Moles, Meadow Voles, Rats, and Mice. This is a SERVICE FEE not an ANNUAL FEE. The work is guaranteed for 4 months after the job is complete. If new animals appear in the 4 month window, please call me back, and I'll get them for $40 each.
If you call me back after the 4 month window, the Basic Service Fee reapplies.
All traps are checked daily, Mon - Fri. Service is provided until trapper believes your problem has been resolved. This can take one day, one week, one month, or longer. Prices remain fixed regardless of service length.
Trapped animals are removed from your property. If you would like to see them prior to removal please let me know in advance. All gates on the property must be unlocked during the course of trapping work. If not feasible, keys or combinations must be supplied to me until trapping is complete.
